A flexible co working space across 5 floors. We have Private Studios, Open Studios, and Signal Desk options available. Our coworking is split across 4 floors, with our 5th floor containing our café, wellness studio (members do get free fitness classes t&c apply), showers and roof terrace. From our 12th floor you can see the River, Waterloo, Battersea Power Station, The BT tower, The Shard and more.

Each floor has phonebooths, breakout areas and an open pantry with snacks, a coffee machine and milk fridge. All offices come furnished. One floor is a dedicated quite floor, to allow you to get on with work without being disturbed. We have a fair use policy of meeting rooms, you can book the room for 2 hours at a time at no charge.

We do not charge for printing, each floor has a large commercial printer that is there for everyone to use. We just ask that you only print what is necessary. We are Green Key Certified. We host multiple member events each month.
