This inclusive office option has flexible agreement terms from 1 to 5 years, with flexible break options throughout. The all-inclusive monthly cost provides fitted and furnished office accommodation with facilities.

The 3rd whole floor office suite of 2,200sq ft is comprised of open plan area with circa up to 40 desks, two medium (6 to 10 person) meeting rooms, two phone booths and a kitchen area with seating. Up to 40 desks can be accommodate or 30 desks with a break out area is an option. Final space plan to be agreed with client. There are showers and secure bike storage within the property and a staffed reception during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
