Mary Sheridan House is our a brand new building opening on the 18th October 2024. It is a part Grade II and Grade II* Listed building, sits immediately next to London Bridge Station and is nestled next to The Shard. This impressive and historically important building exudes charm and a sense of history. It comprises of 4 houses that have become one, coupled with a stunning front courtyard. The building, in the heart of London Bridge benefits from excellent transport links with London Bridge Railway and underground stations just a minute walk away. The icing on the cake is our proximity to the famous Borough Market, a mere 2-minute walk from the building where you can sample food delights from all over the world.

Our 5 Floor London Bridge building will be refurbished to the highest of standards including: A brand-new air con and heating system, CAT6 data cabling throughout, Wi-Fi points for clients to work and move around the building with ease, a brand-new lounge, meeting rooms, free to use booths, including multiple areas to enjoy & work in as well as 24/7 access using our secure security system throughout the building. The interior features will be a blend of traditional and contemporary elements that reflect the period in which it was constructed.

Finally, our fantastic new courtyard at the rear of the building which will house a gorgeous living wall, an abundance of seating and a place to sit and enjoy the sunshine on those summer days and nights.
