Staines' former bus depot is the home of the Staines business centre. The grade-A building is at a prominent location in the town, which is part of the Thames Valley, a desirable business location for international companies. The historic Thameside Surrey town, which is now officially called Staines-Upon-Thames, is popular because it is close to transport links such as the M3 and M25 motorways, Heathrow Airport four miles away and Gatwick Airport nearly 40 miles away.
