The 26-storey building sits in London’s financial heartland and dates from 1976. Developers reconstructed it in 1995, adding grade-A refurbishments in 2006 and 2012, including a vast reception, energy-efficient plant and equipment, and low-e-glass delivering an improved acoustic performance.

Apart from the quality construction, the building’s draw is its desirable position near Liverpool Street Station, with Moorgate, Bank and Monument stations all easy to reach for employees and visitors. You can also be at Cannon Street within 10 minutes. In addition, the building has seven showers, 91 cycle spaces, and even an underground car park to keep your vehicle safe and secure each day for a yearly fee.
